If you identify with any of the above, you should be evaluated for
sleep
apnea, a potentially life threatening disorder which causes you to stop
breathing properly during sleep. It is associated with snoring which
indicates obstructed breathing.

Thoughts race through my mind and prevent me from sleeping
|

I wake up during the night and have trouble going back to sleep
|

|
I wake up earlier in the morning than I would like to

I sleep better on weekends

insomnia,
a persistent
inability to fall asleep or stay asleep.
