 Can I bring my favorite pillow?
 Yes, if it will make you feel more comfortable.
 

 


 

 Can I bring my Mom or Dad?
 Yes, if you are under 18 years old. One parent can sleep in a separate
 bed in your room.
 

 Can I bring video games?
 You may play a small hand held video game for a few minutes before
 sleep.
 

 Can I bring an electric blanket?
 No, the rooms have individual climate control for your comfort.
 

 Can I bring my favorite alarm clock?
 No, alarm clocks are not allowed in the Center.
 

 Should I bring any medications I'm taking?
 Medication should be taken prior to arrival at the Center. Only bring
 those medications which you normally would take between 7:30pm and
 7:30am.
 

 Can I bring my cat?
 Sorry, no pets are allowed in the Center.
 

 Will my insurance cover the testing and treatment that may be
 needed?
 The hospital will work closely with your insurance company and advise
 you if the testing will be covered, and if any deductibles or copayment
 is required.

 

 Do I need an insurance referral?
 If your insurance company normally requires a referral for testing, you
 will need one for the Sleep Study and should bring it when you register.

 

 Is the Center handicapped accessible?
 Yes. Please let us know of any special needs you may have when you
 make the appointment.
 

 I work nights and sleep during the day.  Can I have the test during
 the day?
 Yes, we provide daytime testing as well. Let us know you are a shift
 worker when you make the appointment.
